Job Requirements
* Experience with Temenos Transact (T24) L1/L2 support;
* Proficiency in SQL, Unix / Shell scripting and log analysis;
* Good understanding of the Temenos Transact Product functionality;
* Experience in ticketing systems like Service Now or Jira;
* Experience with ITIL framework;
* Experience with T24 core logs, Temenos Sheduler Agent, Temenos Interaction framework, Temenos Security Manager;
* Fluent in English;
* Hybrid work in Lisboa.
