About the role
ZOOP operates a web3 wallet integrated into our platform, and we are building design infrastructure for large-scale ticketing and voting systems on the same technical foundation. You will work closely with our Senior Product Designer to execute across the wallet and event surfaces, contributing to a design system built for crypto-native products that need to feel approachable to a broad audience.
What you will do
Own design execution for the ZOOP web3 wallet: flows, components, states
Collaborate with the web3 engineering team on transaction UX, onboarding, and error handling
Contribute design assets to large-scale event ticketing surfaces as needed
Maintain and contribute to the design system for web3 surfaces within ZOOP
Translate complex blockchain interactions into clear, low-friction UI
What we are looking for
1+ years of product design experience
Familiarity with wallet or fintech UX patterns
Proficiency in Figma
Experience designing for both technical and mainstream users
Portfolio with shipped product work
Nice to have
Prior experience on a crypto or web3 product
Experience with ticketing or event commerce products
Understanding of L2 ecosystems or NFT-gated access flows
Familiarity with GDPR and data handling as it relates to on-chain identity
Location
Remote-friendly. European time zone preferred.
