We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starter individual to join our team in a key contributor role. The IT Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining our end client's networks, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving incidents that impact network performance.
Key responsibilities include first-line support of IT infrastructure, security, and systems; receiving and responding to service requests via phone and email; processing service tickets and assigning them to the appropriate technicians or internal resources; and monitoring all IT assets to proactively respond to event and incident alerts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in computer network management, knowledge of network concepts such as IP addresses, routers, switches, firewalls, LAN, and WAN, and familiarity with basic IP tools such as ping and traceroute. Additionally, they will be able to work in shifts to cover 24X7 NOC and SOC operations.
