We are looking for a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Dynamics 365 Senior Developer. The successful candidate will join our team in contributing to the growth and development of our company.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in key communications with partners and clients as required. You will also need to understand the release processes within the organization and participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, and documentation. In addition, you will write high-quality code that meets customer needs and configurations. Troubleshooting and debugging skills are also essential, with some guidance from senior team members. You will also provide mentoring to junior software engineers, deliver training sessions, and participate in knowledge sharing.
Main Responsibilities
* Participate in key communications with partners and clients as required.
* Understand the release processes within the organization.
* Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, and documentation.
* Write high-quality code that meets customer needs and configurations.
* Troubleshoot and debug with some guidance from senior team members.
* Provide mentoring to junior software engineers.
* Deliver training sessions.
* Participate in knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development (Microsoft Dynamics/PowerApps), with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
* Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus but not mandatory.
* Background in backend development with SSIS and C#.
* Top-notch programming skills, ability to produce quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable, and secure.
* Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies, and XRM.
* English is mandatory (B2 level).
