Your Role
As a
Junior Insurance Product Modeler
, you will work closely with Senior Product Modelers and Business Analysts, gaining hands-on experience in modeling real insurance products used by leading insurance companies.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Analyzing and understanding insurance products and business requirements;
* Modeling insurance products using state-of-the-art tools;
* Defining product structures, components, validation rules, and calculations;
* Creating reusable components and conditional formulas;
* Integrating external databases to retrieve data for calculations;
* Preparing flexible product models aligned with business, market, and regulatory requirements;
* Actively contributing to the Digital Transformation of insurance companies.
What Are We Looking Forward
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex problems;
* Basic programming knowledge (e.g. Office macros);
* Familiarity with hierarchical data structures and relational databases;
* Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields;
* Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset;
* Business-driven and customer-focused attitude;
* Good command of English;
* Strong willingness to learn and develop;
