You will help maintain a safe and compliant online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring platform standards are respected.
Your ResponsibilitiesReview online videos, posts, complaints, and legal notices
Moderate and update content on a popular social media platform
Audit uploaded content and ensure compliance with guidelines
Follow strict accuracy and quality standards (KPIs)
Protect customer data and ensure compliance processes are followed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and procedures
Working ScheduleMonday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:002 rotating days off
Planned evening shift: 13:*******:00
Future possibility of extension to 24/7 schedule
Candidates must be comfortable with flexible working hours.
Candidate ProfileStrong computer and navigation skills
Detail-oriented and reliable
Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to work both independently and within a team
Emotionally resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive content
