Role Overview
We're looking for a driven and detail-orientedTechnical Recruiterto join our growing team.
You will play a key role in sourcing and recruiting top tech and non-tech talent acrossEurope and Latin America, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles
Manage full-cycle recruitment:
job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions
Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process
Collaborate with team members and hiring managers to continuously improve processes
Maintain accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and internal reports
Stay updated on regional hiring trends and market insights across Europe and LATAM
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
Familiarity with both technical and non-technical profiles
Solid sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience hiring in Europe and/or Latin America is strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Upper-Intermediate + level of English
Readiness to work in various time zones according to the candidates' time zone
