About the Role
Our client is a superfood company who are going through a period of rapid growth and expansion.
They are looking to hire aSales Manager, who will take the lead on building and executing a structured sales strategy for the business.
The successful candidate will help drive revenue, manage key accounts, and expand into new markets, all while developing and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a structured sales strategy for ingredients trading
Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities
Manage key customer accounts in the food, pharma, nutraceutical, and beverage sectors
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging trends
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Support sourcing of new/customized ingredients
Collaborate internally to deliver tailored product solutions to clients
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Provide coaching and training to align team efforts with company objectives
Analyse sales data to support strategy and decision-making
Use advanced Excel tools for forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, Trade, or related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience
Proven success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently exceeding targets
Fluent in English;
other European languages (especially French) are a plus
Industry experience in supplements, superfoods, or organic ingredients is highly valued

Salary:
€35,000–€40,000 (gross) – plus benefits
