In this sense, we are strengthening the Communication & Marketing team with a Brand Manager Assistant (m/f)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Coordinate and support the different geographies/brands in their Communication and Marketing needs;
* Monitor and ensure the correct use of the brand and compliance with the previously defined guidelines;
* Manage and communicate any changes related to the brand;
* Ensure continuous improvement, visibility, and brand recognition;
* Support and approve the communication strategy (internal and external announcements, as well as campaigns);
* Participate in the creation and update of Marketing and Communication materials, ensuring approval;
* Update the Brand Manual guidelines;
* Support the Marketing Manager in the preparation of internal and external events;
* Manage merchandising and monitor the inventory management of printed marketing materials.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields;
* Professional experience of 1 to 2 years in similar roles;
* Good knowledge of English and Spanish;
* Critical spirit and strong analytical ability;
* Proactivity to suggest improvements and new approaches;
* Team spirit;
* Good communication skills.
