About The Role As anOccupational Health & Safety Technician, you will support Preh Portugal (Trofa) in ensuring a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. You'll help implement and maintain key Environment, Health & Safety systems across our industrial operations.The Challenges In Front Of YouSupport EHS risk assessment and implementation of prevention measures.Contribute to workplace design and processes to ensure safety and environmental compliance.Maintain EHS procedures and support employee training and awareness.Assist in legal compliance monitoring and emergency preparedness.Participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.Support internal and external audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).Promote continuous improvement, best‐practice sharing, and adherence to 5S and the Code of Conduct.What You Bring To The Table You're more than your resume, you're resilient, proactive, and growth minded.
