Your contribution:
What makes you stand out
* 7+ years of experience in operations excellence, digital transformation, or process improvement in telecom, IT, or infrastructure.
* Proven expertise in business process re-engineering, analytics, and digital transformation.
* Strong background in automation, AI/ML, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
* Experience with BI tools and performance reporting.
* Excellent stakeholder management, change leadership, and communication skills.
You Must Have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Fluency in English (C1 level according to CEFR).
