Entrees; proteins (fish, beef, chicken) cooked on charcoal, sauces with asian, mexican influence as well as vegetarian options; sides (fries, rice, grilled vegs, salad) and desserts.
/ppbr/ppThe space has been completely renovated including new eletrical system and plumbing, all the equipment is new.
Casual environment, the goal is to create something that lasts where professionality and high standards are rewarded /ppbr/ppPrevious experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in high-level (Michelin star, 5-star hotel) environment required.
/ppbr/pp6 months contract+6 months contract and possibility to become permanent at the end of this first period.
/ppbr/ppCompetitive salary, above-market rate, starts at ****EUR/month.
Open to negotiation according with experience.
/ppRegular predetermined increases after a certain amount of time (2.5% every 9 months) /ppMonthly performance bonuses to be paid in addition to the salary based on efficient management of inventory and waste reduction.
Max bonus 250EUR/month, varies upon reaching or not certain targets.
