At Randstad, we are seeking a resourceful, creative, and proactive Real Estate Agent to join Mimp's team in Madeira.
Mimpi Madeira is at the exciting launch stage of an integrated real estate, architecture, engineering, and construction group in Madeira. Your mission is to partner with both local sellers and international buyers for residential and commercial developments. The real estate agent will be responsible for creating a strong first impression, mediating the entire process, and building trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct bespoke property searches to find clients' ideal land plots or existing properties.
* Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, property showings, and ongoing communication.
* Present the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company's real estate offerings to potential clients.
* Research real estate options for clients and advise on building rights and financing.
* Guide clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
* Collaborate with development, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction.
* Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
* Participate in strategic planning related to market positioning and future projects.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experienced agents and emerging talent with high potential.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
* Based in Madeira.
* Initiative, proactivity, and interest in the business world.
* Genuine desire to learn, adapt, and grow with a young, ambitious company.
* Sales experience.
* Driver’s license.
