ServiceNow Expert - Business Analyst Position
Join a dynamic team as a ServiceNow Business Analyst. We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on experience leading and supporting ServiceNow implementation projects.
* Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet organizational needs.
* Configure and adapt existing ServiceNow modules in line with best practices and client requirements.
* Coordinate integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Enhance workflows and service delivery through process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
Requirements:
* ServiceNow Certification is mandatory.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of IT service management and cybersecurity concepts.
* Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
