About the Company
On behalf of our client, a leading global industrial solutions provider, we are hiring an Order Management Specialist to support customer operations across European markets. The company is known for its strong process-driven environment and cross-functional collaboration across logistics, sales, and supply chain teams.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional customer support role. The position focuses on managing end-to-end order processing within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless order-to-cash process. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full order lifecycle including order entry, processing, tracking, and follow-ups
* Create and maintain quotations, sales orders, and delivery documentation
* Provide order updates, delivery tracking, and documentation to customers
* Handle delivery issues, delays, and claims with timely resolution
* Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Accounts Receivable teams
* Liaise with suppliers to resolve order-related issues
* Ensure accuracy across order-to-cash processes
* Maintain clean and accurate system data and support process improvements
Candidate Profile
* 2–5 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or supply chain support
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, or similar)
* Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Experience working cross-functionally
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Team-oriented and proactive mindset
Languages
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Fluent Portuguese (mandatory)
* Additional European language (Spanish, French, or Italian) is a plus
