We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tier 1 Support Engineer to join our support team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, incident classification, and routine maintenance across our hybrid IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users via the Zendesk platform
Classify and escalate incidents and service requests following defined procedures
Perform routine maintenance and operational tasks, including:
Patch management
Log file cleanup
Basic troubleshooting
Assist with the implementation of automation tools such as Ansible
Create and maintain internal documentation and network/system diagrams
Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams for escalated issues
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in English at C1 level (written and verbal)
Experience with the following platforms:
Microsoft Azure Cloud
Grafana
Windows VMs (both on-premises and cloud-based)
Zendesk or similar support ticketing tools
Familiarity with patch management and system maintenance procedures
Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Ansible)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Exposure to ITIL processes
Basic understanding of networking and monitoring tools
