Your Responsibilities
Manage collection activities to maximize cash flow; Contact customers with overdue accounts and investigate reasons for non-payment; Issue payment commitment letters and credit hold notifications; Coordinate changes to customer credit limits; Prepare and process small claims court complaints; Maintain accurate records of customer payment status.
What Were Looking For
Fluency inGerman and Englishis mandatory; Minimum education High School diploma; Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections (preferred); Strong knowledge of Excel and Google/Microsoft tools; Experience with Oracle Financial Applications is a plus; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
