Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
- Deploy and improve automatic systems, regulate and control, make follow-up and ensure their reliability;
- Deploy and improve pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, and other systems and control their effective operation;
- Perform programming of logic controllers and ensure their proper functioning;
- Actively participate in 8D related to the area;
- Create and implement security routines to guarantee equipment backups;
- Provide support for maintaining production, assess intervention efficiency, and ensure follow-up;
- Collaborate in preventive/curative maintenance of equipment and participate in constructing new equipment;
- Follow up on the reception of new equipment;
- Ensure full compliance with HSE rules and legislation.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical (automation), Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics;
- Minimum 2 years experience in an industrial environment;
- Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and industrial equipment;
- Knowledge of electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems;
- Languages: English required;
- Skills in technical project management;
- Teamwork and ability to work in a matrix environment;
- Siemens Software PLC Programming (preferred);
- Knowledge of Artificial Inspection systems;
- Visual Basic proficiency;
- Knowledge of civil responsibility of the producer;
- LCM leadership competencies;
- KUKA robot knowledge (preferred);
- FANUC robot knowledge (preferred).
