The Administrator - Commercial Role

* Drive Business Growth: Manage customer relations, commercial operations and strategic projects to maximise business opportunities.
* Maintain Customer Relationships: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and ensure seamless communication to deliver exceptional service to clients.
* Support Sales and Marketing Teams: Ensure smooth commercial processes and facilitate effective collaboration between teams.
* Analyse Market Trends: Provide insights that drive business decisions by analysing market trends and customer feedback.
* Coordinate Sales Activities: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate sales activities, promotions and campaigns.
* Handle Customer Cases: Efficiently manage customer cases, complaints and service requests.
* Monitor Key Performance Metrics: Prepare insightful reports on key commercial performance metrics.
* Work Closely with Finance: Process invoices and ensure revenue tracking aligns with business targets.
* Enhance Brand Visibility: Assist in organising events, trade shows and commercial initiatives to boost brand visibility.
* Ensure Compliance: Adhere to commercial policies and industry regulations.

The Administrator - Commercial also provides office and administrative support to either a team or individual within the organisation including fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, assisting with client-facing items and filing.
