Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Database Administrator to join our team. This role combines hands-on DBA responsibilities with project ownership and close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document technical requirements for system enhancements and updates.
* Drive change requests, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
* Lead technical testing and validation prior to production deployment.
* Own initiatives end-to-end, from launch to delivery, tracking progress and deadlines.
* Identify system gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, proposing concrete improvement actions.
Database Support & Operations
• Provide Level 3 support for live production systems.
• Troubleshoot performance issues (CPU usage, memory optimization).
