Working Schedule:Monday to Friday
07:*****:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off:Saturday & Sunday
Compensation:880 per month× 14 months
140 per month × 12 months (performance/meal allowance or bonus)
Contract Type:Permanent contract (includes3-month trial period)
Language Requirement:Native or C2-level French required(no accent)
English not required
Please note: For Braga-based positions, only native-level or accent-free French speakers can be considered.
Your Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat from French-speaking customers
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow company procedures and maintain a high service quality
Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer experience
