Your new role
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will become part of a specialised CRM Operations function supporting a broad internal user community. Acting as a key point of contact between business and technology, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Salesforce platform while contributing to ongoing enhancements and change initiatives. Your role will combine hands-on system administration with user support, data governance and participation in projects that improve how CRM is used across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support to Salesforce users, acting as a trusted first point of contact
Administer Salesforce and connected platforms, including user access, permissions and security controls
Configure and maintain objects, fields, validation rules, workflows and flows
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders and management
Support change initiatives, from requirements gathering through to testing, deployment and user training
Monitor data quality, perform checks and contribute to continuous process improvement
Oversee integrations with external systems and support enhancements where required
Maintain clear and structured documentation related to CRM processes and configurations
Deliver training sessions for new users and ongoing learning initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
Valid Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification (mandatory)
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within a regulated or financial environment
Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows, automation and reporting
Experience with user management, data governance and system configuration
Exposure to tools such as Marketing Cloud, Tableau or similar platforms is advantageous
Interest in working with business data and understanding end-to-end processes
Structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluent English, written and spoken
