Eligibility:
Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.
Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.
Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).
Key Responsibilities:
Providefirst and second level supportfor end-user ICT assets.
Conductequipment testingbefore and after delivery; document serviceability status.
Performdevice stagingusing Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and other relevant tools.
Enroll and distribute staged devices to end users.
Update inventory databasesand maintain accurate asset records.
Investigate and resolve technical issues methodically and efficiently.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of deployed technologies, hardware, and tools.
Support incident and complaint management,configuration and asset management (SACM), andchange managementactivities.
Providetechnical support on-site.
Participate in weekly sprint cycles, with deliverables defined during sprint planning.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Higher vocational training in a relevant IT discipline with at least 2 years of post-related experience;
OR secondary education with a minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience.
Essential Skills:
Proficiency withMicrosoft Configuration Manager (MCM)or similar ICT service management tools.
Strong knowledge ofWindows operating systemsand common desktop applications (MS Office, Adobe, etc.).
Good understanding ofIT hardware, peripherals, and support equipment.
Solid knowledge ofcomputer networkingin a Microsoft Windows environment.
Desirable:
Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST)certification.
ITIL certification, particularly in Service Operations.
Prior experience working in aninternational/military/civilian mixed environment.
