Job Overview
As a Customer Success Advisor, you are the face of a world-renowned FinTech project. You will provide high-tier consultancy and technical support to the Norwegian market, ensuring that every merchant receives a seamless and professional service experience.
Work Model: This role offers the flexibility of Full Remote work from anywhere within Portugal, or an on-site experience at our state-of-the-art hub in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Consultancy & Troubleshooting
* Provide expert guidance on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of card readers and mobile payment applications.
* Diagnose and resolve software-related issues to minimize downtime for business owners.
Account Management & Security
* Manage complex inquiries regarding billing, transaction settlements, and account security protocols.
* Conduct identity verifications and ensure all interactions comply with financial regulatory standards.
Strategic Communication
* Deliver empathetic and professional support via phone, email, and live chat in Norwegian.
* Translate complex technical processes into clear, actionable advice for non-technical users.
Proactive Problem Solving
* Identify recurring trends and root causes of merchant friction, providing proactive solutions to enhance the user experience.
* Collaborate with internal specialists to escalate high-level technical bugs or financial discrepancies.
Requirements
Language Proficiency
* Norwegian: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2 level) for professional market support.
* English: Strong working proficiency (B2 level) for training, documentation, and internal communication.
Professional Attributes
* Customer-Centric Mindset: A natural ability to build rapport and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
* Tech-Savvy: High comfort level with iOS/Android ecosystems, mobile applications, and digital CRM tools.

Work Schedule
To provide consistent support to our merchants, we operate on a rotating shift basis:
* Weekly Commitment: 40 hours per week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day).
* Operational Window: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 20:00) and Saturday - Sunday (09:00 - 18:00).
Compensation & Relocation Support
We offer two distinct packages tailored to your current location and needs:
Option 1: Standard Package (Local or Remote)
* Annual Gross Salary: Approximately €19,627.92.
* Monthly Gross: €1,635.66 (paid 12 months per year).
Option 2: Relocation Package (Lisbon-Based)
Designed for candidates moving to Lisbon from abroad.
* Monthly Gross: €1,369.66 (paid 12 months per year).
* Provided Housing: A private room in a shared company apartment with all utilities (water, electricity, internet) included.
* Flight Reimbursement: Full coverage of your initial flight to Portugal.
