* Adhere to established safety protocols and schedules.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on assigned turbines, focusing on predictive and corrective measures.
* Ensure turbine equipment is well-maintained at customer sites throughout the region.
* Monitor turbine performance data.
* Record and report turbine conditions, as well as collect relevant data for research purposes.
* Develop effective working relationships with customers when necessary.
