Agile Functional Analyst Position
We are seeking a skilled Agile Functional Analyst to lead our project based in Lisbon.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing internal training programs and learning events.
* They will also organize event logistics for audiences of hundreds, co-create training content with subject-matter experts, collaborate with external vendors and platforms for training delivery, plan and facilitate additional internal initiatives such as hackathons and innovation days.
* This role requires building partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure program success, monitoring and communicating progress, metrics, and outcomes of training programs.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in program management or similar roles is required.
* A proven track record organizing internal events or trainings for technical audiences is necessary.
* Experience working with external vendors and event platforms is also required.
* The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to coordinate effectively across functions and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
