Its core business is the repair of optical and digital equipment's of the brand, offering to Olympus customers repair services that meet highest demands in terms of speed, approachability, reliability and consistency.Your responsibilitiesOwn and manage the Infrastructure and Security portfolio, including cloud platforms, data centre's, networks, identity and access management, security tooling, resilience, and regulatory initiatives.Translate enterprise strategy and security imperatives into a prioritized, funded, and executable portfolio roadmap.Manage portfolio reporting, demand prioritization in alignment with risk posture, business criticality, and architectural standards.Balance run, grow, and transform investments across infrastructure and security domainsEstablish and maintain portfolio governance, standards, and performance metrics in partnership with the PMO.Hold monthly portfolio alignment and performance meetings with key ITLT stakeholders to ensure prioritization and alignment across the portfoliosEnsure projects follow approved delivery methods (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) with appropriate controls for security, compliance, and operational risk.Provide oversight across program and project managers to ensure schedule, scope, cost, quality, and risk objectives are met.Escalate and resolve cross-portfolio dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.Manage, coach and grow IT Security and I&SD Project Managers within the portfolio team to ensure consistent delivery with excellence across the portfolio.Provide input, guidance and leadership to all project managers (internal and external) working on the Infrastructure and IT Security portfolioMinimum 8-12+ years of working experience in project, program, or portfolio management within infrastructure and/or cybersecurity domains.Strong understanding of infrastructure domains (cloud, networks, platforms, data centre's) and security fundamentals (IAM, SOC, vulnerability management, regulatory compliance).Proven ability to operate in highly regulated or risk-sensitive environments, medical device technology field is a plusMinimum 5-8 years of leading large teams (indirect or direct people management of team members)Proven track record of successfully driving and delivering end-to-end large complex scaled IT solutions/ projects or system implementations projects.Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software and system development.Extensive experience with negotiation and working with project and process management.Solid experience in stakeholder engagement practices Solid experience with MS Project, Word, Power Point, Excel Proven project planning and organization skills with key attention to budget and resource management.Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or Business Management (or equivalent and related experience preferred).Project Management Professional Certification required (PMP)Scaled Agile Certifications preferred – SAFe SA, CSM, CSPO, etc.Interview ProcessBuild for the FutureDeliver ResultsLead PeopleLead SelfModel and champion Our Core ValuesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive SalaryPermanent employment contractWell Being in Focus:Health InsuranceVacation Policy (24 vacation days, with additional days off for your birthday and December 24th)Free Curative Medicine24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Nutritional Options at Work (canteen with diverse meal choices including meat, fish, diet, vegetarian, and composed salads)Culture of development and learning:Unlimited Access to Linked In LearningInitial and continuous training aligned with your career goals.Other Benefits:Referral ProgramEngaging Events (Team buildings, holidays celebrations, and themed days)On-site parking (for cars, motorcycles, and bikes, including electric car chargers)
