YOUR ROLEAssist in gathering and documenting business requirements related to customer data, segmentation, and loyalty program features. Support the configuration and testing of Salesforce Data Cloud and Loyalty Management functionalities. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure accurate data mapping and integration between Salesforce and external systems. Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for loyalty program enhancements. Help maintain dashboards and reports to monitor loyalty program performance and customer engagement. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback on system functionality and user experience. Support data quality initiatives and ensure compliance with data governance standards. Stay informed on Salesforce releases and new features relevant to Data Cloud and Loyalty. YOUR PROFILEBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. Basic understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Data Cloud and Loyalty Management. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced, agile environment.
