About the project: We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to assist customers throughout their entire online order journey, including delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, and both inbound/outbound communication. The role requires handling sensitive customer and client information in compliance with PCI and GDPR policies.
Your Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end support for online orders, including deliveries, returns, payments, and refunds.Handle sensitive customer data in compliance with PCI and GDPR standards.Communicate effectively with customers, couriers, banks, and internal teams to resolve issues.Identify and escalate complex problems while contributing to a high-quality customer experience. Requirements: German level at least C1Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1), with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.Proven problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills with minimal supervision, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.Strong computer literacy is required, along with previous experience in back-office work using computer systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
