Good Friday Robotics is looking for an
Office Manager
to join their small team of passionate, skilled, and creative thinking individuals fueled by research and innovation.

This is a full time position based in our prototyping facility in
Benfica, Portugal.
Our new facility is a 700m2 warehouse style office with a team of 8-12 people.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the office including resolving all facility related issues in a timely fashion.
* Assist in ad hoc site space planning activities such as renovations and upgrades.
* Ensure the office is in good working condition.
* Provide mailroom/shipping/receiving/exporting duties.
* Manage the cleaning and utility team and procure supplies as needed.
* Act as liaison with Property Management in handling ad hoc issues and emergencies.
* Assist in planning company related events such as training and social events.
* Handle travel arrangements for the team as needed.
* Manage monthly receipts collection and organization.
* Managing R&D inventory database and components (such as electronic circuit boards, wiring, tools, etc) shelving and storage.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years related experience in facilities or office management required.
* Demonstrated high organizational skills, punctuality and attention to detail.
* Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
* Team Player with a professional and friendly presence.
* A driver's license is an asset.
