Overview:
We're looking for a meticulous, well-organized teammate to support our Operations/Finance team. You'll handle day-to-day administrative and finance tasks, with a strong focus on
validating and approving expenses in Coverflex.
Hybrid work model (3x times per week).
What are we looking for?
* Experience with validation, approve, and reconcile
Coverflex expenses
(policies, limits, documentation).
* Review and post
invoices and receipts
(vendors and internal expenses).
* Support
bank reconciliations
and monthly close schedules.
* Manage
advances and reimbursements
, ensuring tax compliance (VAT).
* Keep the
digital archive
organized for compliance and audits.
* Provide
administrative support
to the team (payment scheduling, vendor follow-ups, employee questions).
* 1–3 years' experience in
administrative/finance
roles (or relevant internship).
* Strong
attention to detail
, accuracy, and ownership.
* Good command of
Excel/Google Sheets
.
* Experience with
expense platforms
(e.g., Coverflex).
* Basic knowledge of
accounting and VAT
.
