We are looking for our future Inside Sales Specialist on refurbished licences within Itancia Portugal. The position is based at our Porto Salvo site (Lisbon, Portugal).

Your missions
Reporting to the Subsidiary Manager, in a team of 8 people, your duties will be as follows:
· Ensure commercial development
o Actively prospect and bring in new customers in a still-growing market
o Identify customers' immediate and future needs
o Build partnerships with resellers, MSPs, and integrators
o Present and advise customers on product and/or service solutions
o Prepare commercial proposals and supporting documentation
o Track record of meeting commercial targets (KPIs, quarterly quotas)
o Negotiation and sales closing (strong results orientation)
· Sell the products and services marketed by the group
o Enter information into the CRM sales tracking tool
o Prepare quotations and follow up on them.
o Follow up on sales files
· Build customer loyalty
Your profile
M/F, you have a proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the field of software, IT, or Microsoft solutions. You understand the common IT needs in SMEs and the mid-market. You are able to explain the differences between OEM, Retail, and Volume licences and transferability requirements.
You have knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, Office, CALs, RDS, etc.).
You are familiar with understanding the used/recycled licence market and the applicable legislation in the European Union (e.g., EU Court of Justice ruling on used software).
You're adaptable and dynamic, with a creative mind and great curiosity. You're keen to conquer new challenges. You have a strong interest and curiosity for innovative new technologies.
Fluent Portuguese and English mandatory.
