We're now looking for a Mid-Senior IT Technician to join our team and help us keep our infrastructure reliable, fast, and secure.
What You'll Do
- Manage and support Linux and Windows environments (servers and workstations)
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls)
- Provide IT support to internal teams and live broadcast operations
- Ensure systems are stable, secure, and well-documented
- Take care of user accounts, permissions, and security policies
- Support audiovisual (AV) setups in production environments
- Work closely with broadcast engineers to ensure live projects run smoothly
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT systems or networking roles
- Strong knowledge of networking (switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)
- Solid experience with Linux and Windows administration
- Experience in Broadcast or AV environments (SDI/IP video, AV equipment, routing), knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud services, automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.), and awareness of cybersecurity best practices are considered a plus
- Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure: storage, virtualization, backups, monitoring
- A problem-solver mindset, capable of working under pressure when things get critical
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
