Your Mission
* Develop and implement a proactive lead generation strategy to drive sales growth.
* Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
* Understand client needs and craft tailored solution proposals that deliver genuine, measurable value.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals.
* Lead contract negotiations and ensure seamless execution.
* Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and business expansion.
* Stay ahead of market trends, customer demands, and competitive shifts.
* Provide strategic insights and business development updates to leadership.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of proven success in IT B2B sales, ideally within a leading consultancy firm or innovative development agency, with a track record of driving significant revenue growth and forging long-term partnerships.
* Strong experience in business development, contract negotiation, and sales strategy.
* Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients.
* Persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
* A proactive, data-driven sales approach with a keen understanding of pricing and margins.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth and uncover new opportunities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with fluency in English (C1 level).
