Qualifications
* Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering discipline.
* Minimum 4 years of industry experience in mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines.
* Proven experience in commissioning within construction, building services, or industrial projects.
* Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and control systems.
* Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and commissioning best practices (e.g., CIBSE, BSRIA, ASHRAE).
* Proficiency in commissioning software, instrumentation, and reporting tools.
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
* Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of design document organization, multidisciplinary design preparation, and delivery of design & construction services.
* Strong knowledge of construction practices, systems engineering, operations fundamentals, contracting, and general business operations.
* Understanding of project accounting and financial management tools.
* Ability to prioritize and organize work, managing multiple tasks concurrently.

* Is technically strong, with a deep understanding of building services systems and the commissioning process from planning to final certification.
* Can manage the commissioning process effectively.
* Is capable of inspecting existing systems, performing measurements, surveys, and other technical inspections.
* Demonstrates ownership and accountability, proactively resolving issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.
* Possesses exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, project managers, and on-site teams.
* Is detail-driven, ensuring all test results, performance data, and handover documents are accurate and compliant.
* Remains calm and solutions-focused under tight deadlines or changing site conditions.
* Works collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to align commissioning with overall project delivery.
* Embraces continuous improvement, applying lessons learned to enhance future performance.

Responsibilities
* Act in accordance with the Company's health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
* Ensure technical compliance and deliver high-quality project outputs.
* Attend and actively contribute to meetings.
* Develop project-specific commissioning management and validation documents, procedures, and guidelines.
* Review and provide technical feedback on drawings, manuals, and technical submittals.
* Prepare method statements and test scripts.
* Monitor project scope and promptly report any changes internally.
* Collaborate with team members to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and assess associated costs.
* Perform hands-on commissioning activities when required.
* Assist in the preparation and development of tender submissions.
