Of a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer Role
**Job Summary**
We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to join our Partners Focus Area, Salesforce team in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions that make Wellhubbers more productive and confident.
**Responsibilities:**
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve features focusing on performance, scalability, and stability;
Bring expertise in architecture and design processes, dive into the most complex technical problems;
Create new solutions to meet emerging needs as our new business grows;
Work in agile development and quick prototypes, and strive to see your work in action;
Be hands-on and engage in coding to develop solutions and solve all surfacing problems;
Make quick and smart decisions that will affect the outcome of the product;
Account for systems reliability, scalability, SLA, and SLO;
Identify and raise awareness on technical debts and engineering backlog;
Build solutions through declarative programming (Flow) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura);
Maintain quality from every feature developed;
Assume responsibility for initiatives.
**Requirements:
**
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience;
Expert knowledge of Apex and JavaScript;
Experience in Aura and Web Components;
Experience in working in a collaborative environment with teams of engineers, product managers, and designers;
Experience in Agile ecosystems;
Passion for new technologies and proven capability in analysis and problem-solving;
Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills;
Must be proactive, can think outside of the box, and hands-on profile to fit with our startup culture;
You need to be able to articulate ideas clearly when speaking to groups in English;
Ability to lead initiatives from the beginning to the release, helping other team members to deliver the tasks with quality and improve their knowledge.
