Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting customers via phone, email, and web chat in a professional and clear manner
* Guiding users through the PCI-DSS compliance process, explaining its importance and offering step-by-step assistance
* Helping users access and navigate our online platform
* Aiming to resolve issues on the first contact by efficiently collecting necessary information
* Meeting performance targets and adhering to service level standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center
* Fluency in Italian, C1 level, and professional English language skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* Clear communication skills and active listening abilities
* Professional phone presence and soft skills
