Financial P&L Controller
The primeit team is looking for a Financial P&L Controller to join our dynamic organization.
As a seasoned professional with 18 years of experience, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and discrepancies, and implementing controls to strengthen processes and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* P&L reconciliation, sensitive accounts justification, and alignment with Operations
* Break analysis, operational/financial risk assessment, and timely escalation when required
* Supporting closing processes (pre-closing, closing, post-closing) with clear communication across stakeholders
* Formalizing procedures, onboarding support, and contributing to team documentation and training materials
* Participating in finance-systems projects (e.g., general ledger migrations, requirements, testing, controls, post-go-live validation)
Requirements include strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Oracle Essbase, compliance tools, and fluent English.
