Strategic Account Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to drive growth and shape the future of our company in Portugal and beyond.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with key accounts as the primary point of contact.
* Develop and execute Joint Business Plans aligned with customer strategies and mutual growth objectives.
* Drive revenue growth by achieving ambitious targets and identifying new business opportunities locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimize promotional activities and trade investments to maximize ROI.
* Cross-functionally collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain for seamless execution.
* Manage account-level P&L to ensure investment efficiency and financial goal delivery.
* Use market and consumer insights to adapt customer strategies and boost in-store visibility.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related fields.
* Solid background in Sales and Business Development, ideally in FMCG or wellness/health industries.
* Proven track record managing key customers with strong commercial performance.
* Excellent negotiation and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Team-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.
* Proficient in commercial planning, category management, and sales tools.
