We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Consultant (m/f) - Hybrid (Porto).

What we are looking for
Hard skills
* 5 years of experience
* Proven experience as a Business Consultant or Analyst in Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes and digital retail strategies.
* Familiarity with SFCC architecture, Business Manager, and Storefront Reference
* Experience with integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS, payment gateways, etc.).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., B2C Commerce Developer, B2C Solution Architect).
* Experience with multi-site, multi-language, and multi-currency implementations.
* Knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion optimization techniques.
* Understanding of SEO, analytics, and personalization tools.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
