We're looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Financial Services to join our team in Lisbon or Porto.
Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
* Act as a bridge between business teams and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
* Support the analysis and improvement of financial processes and systems.
* Participate in workshops with stakeholders to identify needs and propose solutions.
* Collaborate with development and testing teams during the implementation and validation phases.
* Contribute to documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Financial Services or Banking environments.
* Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
* Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
* Knowledge of financial products or financial processes (e.g., payments, treasury, trading, or risk).
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with SQL or data analysis tools.
* Knowledge of data-related projects (data governance, reporting, data platforms).
* Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
* Previous experience in international or banking projects.
