We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Social Media & Community Manager to lead our brand’s voice across social platforms and player communities in the Portuguese-speaking market. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands the iGaming space, and knows how to build authentic engagement while keeping everything fully compliant.
You must be a native Portuguese speaker with professional-level English and have a deep understanding of online culture, gaming trends, and local player behavior.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter / X, Facebook, Telegram, and TikTok
* Create and publish engaging, localized content in Portuguese and English (text, image, video, memes, etc.)
* Build and moderate communities — reply to messages, engage with followers, handle inquiries, and escalate support / compliance issues
* Collaborate with the marketing, design, and CRM teams to align content with promotions, campaigns, and events
* Stay on top of social trends, iGaming news, and player sentiment to inform content strategy
* Monitor platform analytics and community feedback to optimize performance and growth
* Support influencer partnerships, giveaways, live streams, and retention campaigns
* Ensure tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging are consistent and regulatory-compliant
* Translate and localize promotional materials when needed
* Be the “eyes and ears” of the brand within Portuguese-speaking online communities
Requirements :
* Native Portuguese speaker (Brazilian or European) with high-level professional English
* 2+ years of experience in social media or community management, ideally in the iGaming, sports betting, or entertainment sector
* Deep knowledge of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and content tools
* Passion for gaming, sports, or online entertainment
