Key Responsibilities:

* Review code and ensure best practices

* Support functional analysis and propose technical solutions
* Collaborate with Business Analysts on application design
* Provide technical estimations and validate the quality of deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
* 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (customization, configuration, development)
* Strong expertise in C#/.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, Azure, Web Services, APIs
* Previous experience in international projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
* Solid analytical skills to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
* Strong communication skills in English (professional level)
