Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Contribute to the development of the global onboarding program in terms of content, didactics and structure
Detail out the modular approach for the onboarding program in close collaboration with the regions
Derive a concept for the delivery framework and logistics of the onboarding program in close collaboration with key stakeholders
Contribute to the development of a detailed roadmap for the global implementation of the onboarding program
Define and implement a holistic communication and marketing approach for the onboarding offerings
Prepare logistics and technical tools for the implementation of the onboarding program – ServiceNow knowledge is required
Align onboarding content, processes, and delivery with regions and key stakeholders
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a global HR environment
Proven expertise in designing effective learning formats and a basic understanding of onboarding programs
Strong conceptual, project management, and independent working skills, including proficiency in story-lining for presentations and concepts
Results-driven, customer-focused, and team-oriented work style, with the ability to collaborate across areas of responsibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow, JIRA, and SAP SuccessFactors
Experience in execution-oriented roles with a structured and methodical approach to tasks
Excellent English skills (German would be a plus)
