Your Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver outstanding results
* Motivate team members to achieve departmental targets and maintain a positive work environment
* Ensure team performance meets expectations and complies with our Core Process guidelines
* Develop and execute projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Act as the main point of contact for employee-related issues
* Provide guidance and support in challenging customer situations
What We're Looking For
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Leader
* Fluency in German (minimum C2 level)
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and configure technical systems and devices
* Flexibility to work rotating schedules (Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 21:00)
* Personal strengths such as reliability, punctuality, and customer focus
* Availability for regular commute to our offices in Lisbon
