We are looking for a motivated and organized Account Manager to join our Sales Team.

Functions and responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you will be fundamental to the smooth functioning of the Sales Team, supporting various tasks that ensure the efficiency and organization of the department.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Client management:

· Register interactions and maintain a routine of communication with clients.

· Keep billing and payment details updated.

· Identify client needs and manage order processes.

· Create commercial proposals using AI tools.

Analysis and strategy:

· Conduct market analysis and adapt client management strategies.

· Contribute to results analysis and definition of commercial objectives, developing action plans.

Administrative support:

· Prepare sales and performance reports.

· Register and update client records.

· Renew commercial contracts and agreements.

· Manage client and contract document filing.

· Process orders and manage stock.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales functions will be valued.

· Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and organization.

· Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools applied to sales, analysis or data organization.

· Excellent analytical thinking and data interpretation capacity.

· Strong attention to detail and organization.

· Good verbal and written communication.

· Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

· Proactivity and ability to manage multiple tasks.

· Basic knowledge of the PHC system will be an asset.

· Results orientation.

· Knowledge of English and other languages its mandatory.
