We are looking for a
Senior SharePoint Developer
with strong
Microsoft 365
expertise to join international, business-critical projects and design end-to-end enterprise solutions.
This role goes beyond pure development. We're looking for someone who combines hands-on technical skills, technical leadership, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
What you'll do
* Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online
* Develop using SPFx, React, Power Automate, REST APIs, and CSS
* Provide technical leadership within Agile teams
* Act as a bridge between business and tech: gather requirements, define user stories and acceptance criteria
* Coordinate sprints and mentor developers to ensure high-quality delivery
* Implement automations and process improvements with measurable business impact
* Ensure best practices around governance, performance, security, and scalability
What we're looking for
* Strong experience as a
SharePoint Developer / Microsoft 365 Developer
* Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, and Power Automate
* Solid experience with React, REST APIs, and Git
* Background in technical leadership or Tech Lead roles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent English
(international environment)
* Autonomous, proactive, and improvement-driven mindset
Nice to have
* Experience in large-scale, enterprise or international projects
* Delivery of automations reducing manual effort
* Up-to-date knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Microsoft Ignite, SharePoint NA)
