As part of the acceleration of our European nearshore model, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Portugal, with a strong business and delivery mindset.
Your Mission
You are not just recruiting profiles.
You are securing the Group's delivery capacity across Europe.
Working closely with Business Unit Directors and Sales teams, you will be responsible for structuring and scaling our nearshore talent pipeline to support our European entities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full IT recruitment lifecycle for local and international business needs
* Anticipate business demand and build strategic talent pipelines
* Recruit high-value technical profiles: Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, QA
* Act as a true business partner to hiring managers (challenge, advise, prioritize)
* Develop and execute a strong direct sourcing strategy (LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sourcing)
* Optimize time-to-hire and secure successful closings
* Contribute to structuring and improving the nearshore recruitment model (processes, KPIs, delivery quality)
* Support employer branding and market positioning in Portugal
Profile
* 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (IT services company or recruitment agency preferred)
* Experience in an international or multi-country environment
* Strong understanding of IT services business models and delivery constraints
* Results-driven and KPI-oriented mindset
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
* Professional English required
* Autonomous, mature, entrepreneurial spirit
