As a project manager, you'll plan, manage, and implement small to medium-sized projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring their success. Your day will revolve around providing technical oversight for projects focused on Instrumentation and Controls, particularly Siemens Energy T3000 solutions. You'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet expected results. This role demands strong organizational skills, deep knowledge of electrical and automation solutions, and solid project management expertise.
How You'll Make an Impact
1. Manage global projects in Instrumentation and Control technologies, driving new constructions and modernizations for power generation solutions like Thermal power plants and renewables.
2. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure flawless project execution.
3. Ensure the technical and financial success of projects, focusing on customer satisfaction.
4. Foster a culture of experience exchange within the project management team and across relevant units.
5. Lead an interdisciplinary, intercultural project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
What You Bring
6. A University degree in automation, control technology, electrical engineering, or a related field, with relevant professional experience.
7. Extensive experience in engineering or commissioning electrical and control systems, with a strong foundation in project management.
8. Ideally, 2-3 years of hands-on experience in technical and project management roles, particularly within small to medium-sized customer projects.
9. Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus, and additional language skills are highly desirable.
