What we are looking for:
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Appian development experience (ideally 2–3 years);
* Appian Developer Certification (mandatory);
* Proficiency in English — both written and spoken;
* Solid understanding of Appian components, including process models, interfaces, data types, record types, and integrations;
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
